How do I prepare

  • Simply remove pets and family members who may be in the rooms requested to be cleaned.

Do I need to provide the equipment?

  • Yes and No. We are happy to use the equipment in your home or that you provide.  We are willing to supply our own.

Can I Skip or Reschedule Bookings?

  • Please contact us ahead of time and we will forego the cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is welcomed

What do I do with my valuables?

  • We recommend placing your valuables away or leave them as you normally do.  Magoos Complete Home care conducts  complete background checks and drug screens on all our employees.  We  bonded and insured.  

Do you use natural products?

  • Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.

Do you offer ongoing service?

  • Yes.  We will provide service as frequently as you'd like.  We offer weekly and monthly.
